Hanging with the Human Pyramid Collective is fun and involves drinking while drawing occasionally, which is safer than drinking and driving. Anyhow, here's a nice shot of Soy Panday drawing some of his characters on our table at the German bar, Downtown LA.

The opening of Which One's Ping show in Costa Mesa, CA was awesome, fun, intense, nerve-wracking, and madness. By the time I had gotten there the whole warehouse was filled with people. The was also some free Colt 45s, a ping pong tournament, and some djing. Here I am getting interviewed by Erica Yary for FuelTv. I'm not sure what I'm doing with my hands and face, but I swear I was talking about something important?

Pacoli from Brazil recently visited Los Angeles from San Francisco, where she had been staying for a while. She was in town for an upcoming group show at Ghettogloss entitled Human Pyramids. The Human Pyramids Art Colelctive (http://www.humanpyramids.net/) is an international group of artist and friends started by Hovin Wang.

In this photo, I'm looking through Pacolli's awesome journal book where she draws and writes and creates interesting characters from our weird world.

I recently had this piece framed for a buyer. The frame is pretty cool - it has soft red velvet, double matte, and museum glass. I told him that he should have a hidden vault behind this piece. That's the sort of vibe it gives off.

I recently got invited by Active to participate in an upcoming group show titled Which One's Ping. The show will open September 24th at Kids Krochet in Costa Mesa, CA. The artist line up is something really exciting for me because they include so many heroes of mine - Ed Templeton, Chris Pastras, Brad Staba, Lance Mountain, Deanna Templeton, Eric McHenry, Russ Pope, Todd Bratrud, and more.

Active was nice enough to send us paddles and FED EX shipping numbers! (that's the best and my first time). My first plan of attack was to set them aside and not touch them for a bit. Just kidding, I started with some sketches of what I thought might be cool.
